The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials, and the spacious patio features a BBQ, Outdoor heater and blinds so you can just bring yourselves and enjoy a relaxing stay.

The house is located just meters from the stunning Geographe Beach and less than a 5-minute walk from the Geographe Marina restaurant and bar, offering convenience right at your doorstep.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a Queen bed and an ensuite with a toilet. The downstairs master bedroom also features a Queen bed, a walk-in robe, and a bathroom with a hobless shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for everyone.

For your comfort, the home is equipped with 3 reverse cycle air conditioners, and you can unwind with 2 large smart TVs featuring Netflix.
